Turn on oven to low fan 180 degrees, you can put the beef in once the oven has reached this temperature
Cover the pyrex dish that the beef is already in with aluminium foil tightly (I scrunch it at the sides)

Put into the oven and cook for 90mins adding mushrooms in the final 30mins with 1/2 cup of water

After that time eat and enjoy!

I guess this also proves that I am spoilt :p
